I found the location convenient. It was a short walk to many attractions. the staff were genuinely helpful and always available. i was given a complimentary bottle of wine. It was like a very nice welcome. the hotel's cleanliness and orderliness impressed me.
The room was quite compact. This made moving around a bit challenging! i noticed only one electricity outlet was on one side of the bed, inconvenient. the bathroom was also small, limiting movement.

this hotel has an amazing location and super friendly staff. they refilled my water every day which i appreciated. the room was super clean! breakfast was the best i have had, especially with its variety.
the small room. the size forces you to spend more time exploring the city, which isn't bad, but sometimes i just want to relax. the higher price bracket does not match the mid-range hotel.

the hotel is very close to major attractions so walking is easy staff members were helpful polite and courteous i appreciate the clean rooms rooms may be small but daily cleaning kept everything super clean the bathroom was a highlight with a large shower.
i found the pillows uncomfortable and the air conditioning wasn't working properly on my first night a fan helped though.

the hotel is near a fenicular cable car station it is only 50 meters away bars shops and restaurants are a short walk away making it easy to explore.
